Kim Kardashian Gets Public Apology From Former Publicist
We recently learned that Kim Kardashian‘s former publicist hired Kris Humphries’ lawyer to fight her in court, and yesterday, Kim reportedly won her case against him. Later, Jonathan Jaxson issued a public apology to the star of Kourtney and Kim Take New York. Read on for the scoop…
“Kim Kardashian is very happy to announce that she has reached a settlement of her claims against Jonathan Jaxson,” Kim’s lawyers toldLife & Style yesterday. Kim Kardashian and her lawyers denied that she ever worked with Jonathan Jaxson, and part of the settlement was that he issue the reality star an apology, which he did when he wrote on his website: “I wanted to apologize publicly to Kim Kardashian for any confusion that I may have caused by the personal statements I made recently regarding Kim Kardashian.”
Jonathan Jaxson then took the apology one step further as he clarified some things for everyone: “I would like to further clarify that I did not have any firsthand knowledge of Kim’s relationship with Kris. Any statement I made regarding Kim and her marriage was my opinion only,” adding: “and was not intended to imply firsthand knowledge of Kim’s thoughts and feelings.”

Jaxson began to hurt his reputation when he started making public comments about Kim’s personal life. If he did help Kris hire lawyers it may have been out of spite and that shows a lot about his character. However, everyday is a learning experience even for “publicists to the stars and beyond.” Next time Jaxson will think twice about giving legal advice.
